NATURAL HAIR CARE:

 

- hair must be longer than 7cm.

 

- you must come with washed and blow-dried hair. free from oil and products.

 

RULES FOR THE APPOINTMENT:
 

- please come without people

 

- at 5 minutes late an amount of 10,- will be charged. after 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be returned

 
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:

Rescheduling
- Appointments may only be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Any request to reschedule made within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation of the original appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
 
Cancellation

- Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the remaining balance becoming due.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in the remaining balance becoming due.
 

- the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances, so if its not possible to make it to your appointment move the appointment!

- Please pay the remaining amount in cash and appropriately, an amount of 10,- will be added when debiting the remaining amount
